David is an investor and advisor to a number of companies, helping them improve their prospects with his open and practical approach.  David was Chief Executive of Capital Radio Plc for 8 years and has been a non-executive director of a number of companies including Carphone Warehouse and Ingenious Media Holdings. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor at Cass Business School. He was a visiting fellow of Oxford University and has lectured at the Said Business School. He is a past member of the London Business School Enterprise 100 Club and a fellow of the Radio Academy.

Lloyd Barnes

Sharon’s career began in the media department of a top 10 advertising agency followed by several years in advertising sales for women’s magazines both in London and New York. She co-founded a charity in 2000, a school for autistic children, then set up a consultancy providing New Business support and expertise to a wide range of businesses helping them win work with companies such as Coca Cola, ITV, RSPB and Associated British Foods. Her experience enables Sharon to identify challenges around business development and communicate clearly at the highest level.
